Our client had a setup where customers rent motor homes, RVs, and camping sites for peaceful vacations or family time. It was smooth until he stumbled upon the hassle of contacting customers and property owners and maintaining details about a plethora of places and customers. He was quite perplexed about this intensive manual process and wanted to automate the whole process.
That’s where we came in and put forth our team’s expertise to tackle the core issue of managing the entire process from one place. Our mavens came up with a solid idea of automating the whole process through web and mobile applications. The proposed solution would cater to an extensive and targeted RVs and camping sites market. Goals and Achievements
Our goal was to develop a full-fledged application like Airbnb for remote location listing and booking services. An interactive and simplified platform for travel enthusiasts and persons owning exotic locations, RVs, and motor homes in Australia.
Vendors/Hosts can manage their property details like locations, amenities, terrains, images, charges, guests, etc.
- Hosts can use booking analytics, request payouts, maintain profiles, and guest feedback.
Advance search filters allow users to find their nearby favorite places and book available places.
- Users can upload media, give feedback, and manage their bookings.
- Admin can manage vendors, bookings, payout requests, vendor commission, tax, coupons, services, blogs, and menu items.
- Users and Vendors can only give reviews through mobile applications.
Challenges
Remote mapping and adding precise location polygons proved challenging, as most camping sites, RVs, or motor homes are primarily located in remote areas.
We had to devise a system to drag & drop the location pin at the right place so guests could reach their destination without any hindrance.
- We had to address split payment issues. As our proposed solution was catering payments between three parties and according to decided tax and commission, free and fair payment distributions to vendors and admin were challenging.

Our Final Solution
We developed “Your Aussie Camps,” a digitized system like Airbnb, for revolutionizing the management of vendors, customers, and bookings from one place. Our application allows users to use extensive search filters and rent out their favorite camping sites, RVs, or motor homes in Australia, with a transparent split payout system for vendors and admin.
In addition, our solution comes with separate versions of the app for web, iOS, and Android users, with intuitive dashboards for Vendors, Customers, and Administrators. It enables them to manage content and tasks without any hassle.
