Project Overview
Fitness requires commitment, passion, discipline, and consistency. However, all this comes to life only when it is affordable, there is a dedicated trainer to push you, and it is accessible anytime and anywhere.
Many fitness gyms do not address this understated problem; therefore, our client thought it would be great to develop a mobile application to cater to this problem and allow users to work out anytime to stay healthy and enjoy life more.
That’s where we came in and put forth our team’s expertise to tackle the core issue of allowing users to manage fitness activities from home with the tap of a finger. Our proposed solution would to cater to a more extensive and targeted market in Europe, enabling our client to generate more revenue and users to get an instant coach for their fitness problems.

Our client’s goal was to develop an ultimate fitness app for individuals with an interactive and simplified platform. An app that allows them to search for coaches according to their expertise and stay fit at home.

Our client’s goal was to develop an ultimate fitness app for individuals with an interactive and simplified platform. An app that allows them to search for coaches according to their expertise and stay fit at home.
Users can search, view, and subscribe to coaches to access workouts in different categories and chat with them for one-to-one consultancy.
With splendid video streaming features like Youtube, users can easily enjoy the video sessions based on their gender and workout type.
- Guest user flow allows users to watch videos of different coaches according to their gender uploaded in free groups.
Coaches can upload videos to a private video library through an external drive and a camera roll.
A coach can manage the group’s creation, categorization, sorting, subscription charges, and video sharing.
- They can enable or disable chat for their subscribers, request payouts, and download approved monthly payout statements as PDFs.
Primarily, admins can handle coach approval, content-related queries and issues, groups, videos, coach commission, and subscription charges limitation settings.
- Admins can import/export payout request data, approve or disapprove the coach, and manage basic tasks like profiles, settings, FAQs, contracts, etc.
